The 2017/2018 ski season was one for the books. The snow in Breckenridge came in small spurts, still the fun we had couldn't be compared to any other Winter to date.

Tom, Wilson, and myself spent the season living in our own campervans with the intention of having fun and financial freedom. I bought my van for 750 USD and with a few hundred more was able to convert it into a comfortable living space.

In mid April we decided to leave Colorado and head West. We set up camp in National Forest around Moab, Utah for a week of unwinding from a long Winter of skiing and working. We used LSD while hiking around and the experience is one that will live in my memories forever. On April 20th, Mr. Fox of some federal forest police agency wrote us a $300 ticket for posession of marijuana. We got away quite easily considering the amount of charges we potentially could have gotten if he had found the other substances, or decided to charge us for felony firearm possesion due to us having marijuana. Utah is known for being very strict against peope experimenting with their consciousness. At the end of the day the type of charge he wrote doesn't go onto a criminal record.

After we had our fun we continued to Lake Tahoe, California to finish up the ski season at Squaw Valley. If you ever go to Squaw, you will quicky learn it hosted the 1960 Winter Olympics whether you want to hear it or not. We also skiied Alpine Meadows, as well as travelling to Mammoth Mountain near Yosemite.

The van and dog pictured belong to Wilson. He has been living in his for well over a year now and it is certainly a sweet van. I do not have a picture of Tom's van.

I have been using my phone for over 4 years now and unfortunately the rear camera is in bad shape, leaving me with only the front camera. For this reason I have taken only a few pictures over the last 7 months. I plan on getting a camera to share my future experiences with Steemit.
