The younger generation are the main engines of the fashionable style. That is, if you do not dress fashionably - then you're a loser. But what is meant by fashionable clothes. Adult people often ignore the general trent and dress what they like. That is, what for one person seems beautiful, for another will cause unpleasant feelings.
Fashion is something that we are imposed. No more. If tomorrow people are told that it's fashionable to wear pink shorts, then tomorrow people will run to buy pink shorts.
