Hospitality is an important aspect in hotel management, people look for cleanliness as important criteria to judge a place. We expect cleanliness, polite nature of staff, availability of facilities etc which consolidates to 'hospitality' of the particular place. If we are treated well then there are higher chances of going there again, be it a resort or restaurant.
