The Grounds Alexandria and almost time!
Making the most of our peaceful and free time before it all changes with the coming of probably a noisy bub. Really not looking forward to sleepless nights.
We ran into this place by pure accident while lost looking for a kitchen warehouse. I was searching for my pots and pans back then. What we found was even better.
The Grounds is located in Alexandria where restaurants and cafes serve only organic and fresh products. Everything they make are fresh that day and never kept for the next day, so we were told.
Click for high resIt was popular 3 years ago, even more so now as words spread about their fresh food. It's become one of the best spots for tourists and foodies to visit.
Parking can be a problem 3 years ago but with the addition of more car parks have alleviated this problem. It can still get pack though and your chance of getting a car park is further down the street.

Click for high resWe got there and straight away bought ourselves some fresh bread before it runs out, trust me, they run out. Get yourselves some fresh breads and cakes before the tourists fly away with them.
Click for high resThe place has a really distinct era ambiance. Just look at this fan, looks classically made.
Click for high resGoing up this stairs takes me to an office where I distracted a meeting between staff while peeking in. I smiled and walked away.
Click for high resAfter saying hi to the staff, I saw a secret garden filled with cakes! Just look at the wooden held tarp on the other building though.
Click for high resWalking up those spiraling stairs worked up an appetite. That was enough exercise for the day. Got ourselves a vegetarian pizza. It has avocado, corns and tomato on top. Corns were freshly char grilled and stripped. Avocados had no bitterness and tomato was just sweet. It was perfect.
Click for high resBought a strawberry and lemon juice to help push down the deliciously made pizza deep into the abyss, helping me feel more satisfied.

We wanted to see if the wild boar was still there since 3 years ago and yes here she is!

Click for high resThere was also a market being held today which is one of the reasons why we visited. Saw this little cute thing which maybe I need to buy in the future.

?????Really recommend this place for the freshest breakfast, lunch and early dinner for anyone, it's good. The waiting time and price is a bit of a downer though. Worth it? Well, in my experience, it is. Make sure you dress nice as I came with an old flip flop, my boxer and an ancient shirt. I was really under dressed compared to everyone else. Didn't care, I just made myself looked like a very poor ARTist.
Anyhoo, whatever, all I know is that everything is about to change. Looking forward to Fatherhood.

Have you guys been to hunter valley... if you heading there review it especially muswellbrook or nearby towns ... might be our next destination for a move.
Or Orange but it gets too cold in Orange .. another option
When? Maybe we will go down there this coming weeks. See what happens.
The plan is after my 7 year long service, might be April next year.

Playing around with the fifty f1.4.. Never had one before so getting familiar with it. Yeah, not going to over saturate these in post process is what I said. Just keeping it real eheh.
