Merida - Another Paradise of Venezuela

in #travel6 years ago

It is a place that falls in love because of its climate, it is not too cold to freeze, nor too hot to wander around in a bathing suit. Hehehe This referring to his city since it has beautiful landscapes where its climate is temperate and it is better to go warm.

I had the opportunity to visit this state and the truth as I mention it I loved its climate and more being me from the East - Venezuela, where the sun is king.

During my stay I visited several corners of this beautiful city, however I dedicated myself to delight my eyes and do not take many photographs. Even so, I will share a few. Let's start:

What do you think of this view? Beautiful, right? It is one of the many that this territory offers, we can appreciate the variety of tonalities of its vegetation that cover the mountains and originate this landscape. Many locals live in these areas and enjoy the freshness of the environment on a daily basis. In my case, this landscape relaxes me with the simple fact of observing it and breathing that pure air.

Another visit you made was the Historical Park "La Venezuela de Antier":

In it, you move to the past, because they recreated scenarios where you can see how our ancestors lived, you can see pots, cooking utensils and agriculture, cars, gas stations, among many things that if you want to appreciate, I share your website to encourage you to visit himhttp://www.lavenezueladeantier.net/

Zoological Park "Chorros de Milla", is a captivating corner between nature and the animals that you can find in it. It offers a very cozy atmosphere and its staff is very friendly. Then I leave a series of photos of the place, including, & nbsp; waterfalls and some of the animals that I could observe.

  • Among other sites you visit at MERIDA, there is the Laguna de Mucubaji. ( Anecdote: it occurred to me to put my hand in the pond, and I froze ... Then I could not find a way to warm my hand. If you dare to do the same thing I already know what to expect).
  • Also on my tour I met the Monument to the Mad Caraballo Light, a legend of this region, which tells the story of a woman who used to get lost on the roads Andean people and nobody knew the reason for their ravings, hence their nickname (crazy); In the midst of her wanderings she got lost and no more was heard of her. Today there is a statue in his honor.

I hope you enjoyed this brief review of my trip to Merida. It is a city with many localities and landscapes to enjoy. Do not hesitate to visit it.
