Must've been terrifying!
That's why I always research my route on google maps before going anywhere unfamilar, The route they suggest are not always the best and I can manually find a better route if there are any.
I am still getting to learn my car's GPS, so I am going to play with it against a different GPS to see the differences, and where I need to adjust.
That'll work too!
