The road from the middle of the path is quite hard. The winding serpentine in the Western Ghats, combined with the narrow road, will add gray hair to anyone, even fans of extreme sports. Often I had to meet funny trucks on tight turns.

Well, we've already arrived! This is a chain consisting of 2 hotels. The Wildernest Nature Resort (Wild Nest) is older, and the Swapnagandha is newer. But in fact the hotels are identical, the program is exactly the same here and there, there are only slight differences in the cottages. We were settled in Swapnaganda. Do you know how this word is translated? "The smell of dreams!" Sleeping here in Swapnagandha is really wonderful! What do dreams smell like? I won't tell! Come here and find out for yourself!
By the way, we also visited the neighboring hotel “Wild Nest” on a morning exercise to the waterfall.

I'll talk about this later. The path is very narrow, near the hotel there is a micro-parking for a couple of cars.

And this barn on the right is not just a barn, but a reception desk! The only place in the hotel with bad wifi. So, if you want to stick into a smartphone, then you are here! We used the local internet only when we were sitting outside and waiting for the transfer. Vacation without a smartphone is priceless!

Here is such a reception at the resort mountain hotel “Swapnagandha”. See the copper jug ​​on the table? This is a feature of the resort! All drinking water is served in such jugs. History is silent about what kind of water is poured there, it seems that everyone drank it and remained alive, but just in case, take a bottle or other drinking water with you, you never know ... And also take cookies and some light snacks with you, then I’ll tell you why . We were given a specially trained local scout who took us to a paid cottage after check-in. On the way, the scout gave a short briefing on what and how is done in the hotel, showed local attractions.

The resort was founded by retired sea captain Nitin Honda. The former Soviet-era student now owns the Angriya cruise ship between Goa and Mumbai. At the same time, he decided to establish a mountain resort away from the noise of the city. Quiet and wild nature all around. There are 20 species of animals living in the district. There are even bears (we don't need such neighbors!), wild boars, squirrels, martens, monkeys (how can we do without monkeys in India?!), hares, mongooses and other animals. And no one counted the birds and all kinds of butterflies here, they were just heaps here! We saw monkeys, a bunch of lizards, butterflies, birds and constantly heard rustling in the bushes (who really rustled there is still unknown to science). The coolest cottage is the VIP cottage in Swapnagang, there is no such thing in Wild Nest.

There is only one cottage, so ordering it is another task, you may not be able to. Chip VIP cottage in the presence of its own small pool and terrace for sunbathing. The cost per day is approximately $ 260 with a transfer. This cottage is located in the farthest corner of the resort, the door is locked, but we meanly peeped, the pool is visible below!

Aber eigentlich sind die Hotels identisch, das Programm ist hier und da genau gleich, nur bei den Ferienhäusern gibt es kleine Unterschiede. Wir wurden in Swapnaganda angesiedelt. Übrigens besuchten wir auch das Nachbarhotel „Wild Nest“ bei einer Morgengymnastik zum Wasserfall. Ich werde später darüber sprechen. Der Weg ist sehr schmal, in der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einen Mikroparkplatz für ein paar Autos. Und diese Scheune rechts ist nicht nur eine Scheune, sondern eine Rezeption! Der einzige Ort im Hotel mit schlechtem WLAN. Wenn Sie also in ein Smartphone stecken möchten, dann sind Sie hier! Wir nutzten das lokale Internet nur, wenn wir draußen saßen und auf den Transfer warteten. Urlaub ohne Smartphone ist unbezahlbar!

Hier ist ein solcher Empfang im Resort Mountain Hotel „Swapnagandha“. Sehen Sie den Kupferkrug auf dem Tisch? Dies ist ein Merkmal des Resorts! Alles Trinkwasser wird in solchen Krügen serviert. Die Geschichte schweigt darüber, welche Art von Wasser dort gegossen wird, es scheint, dass jeder es getrunken hat und am Leben geblieben ist, aber nehmen Sie für alle Fälle eine Flasche oder anderes Trinkwasser mit, man weiß nie ... Wir bekamen einen speziell ausgebildeten lokalen Scout, der uns nach dem Einchecken zu einem bezahlten Cottage brachte. Unterwegs gab der Scout eine kurze Einweisung, was und wie im Hotel gemacht wird, zeigte lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Resort wurde vom pensionierten Seekapitän Nitin Honda gegründet. Dem ehemaligen Studenten aus der Sowjetzeit gehört jetzt das Kreuzfahrtschiff Angriya zwischen Goa und Mumbai. Gleichzeitig beschloss er, ein Bergresort abseits des Lärms der Stadt zu errichten. Stille und wilde Natur ringsum. Im Bezirk leben 20 Tierarten. Es gibt sogar Bären (solche Nachbarn brauchen wir nicht!), Wildschweine, Eichhörnchen, Marder, Affen (wie können wir in Indien auf Affen verzichten?!), Hasen, Mungos und andere Tiere. Und niemand zählte die Vögel und alle Arten von Schmetterlingen hier, sie waren nur Haufen hier! Wir sahen Affen, einen Haufen Eidechsen, Schmetterlinge, Vögel und hörten ständig Rascheln in den Büschen (wer dort wirklich raschelte, ist der Wissenschaft noch unbekannt). Das coolste Cottage ist das VIP-Cottage in Swapnagang, im Wild Nest gibt es so etwas nicht. Es gibt nur ein Cottage, also ist es eine andere Aufgabe, es zu bestellen, die Sie möglicherweise nicht können. Chip VIP Cottage mit eigenem kleinen Pool und Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden. Die Kosten pro Tag betragen ca. 260 $ mit Überweisung. Dieses Cottage befindet sich in der hintersten Ecke des Resorts, die Tür ist verschlossen, aber wir haben gemein geguckt, der Pool ist unten sichtbar!
