Beautiful panoramic view of the center of Prague as captured from the observatory located on the top of the Zizkov Tower. The building itself has quite a controversial reputation but the views that it offers are absolutely breathtaking.

Another of my winter memories. Picturesque Silesian countryside covered with a thin layer of fresh snow on a beautiful sunny (yet freezing) day. I took this image a few years ago somewhere among the fields and forests of the Kruzberk region.

A view of Prague in black and white. You can see the dome of St. Nicholas Church at Malá Strana, which it is a jewel of the religious baroque architecture of the city. Further away in the image there are the palaces built in front of the Vltava River.

Meet under the tail! (The back side of St.Wenceslas's statue on Wenceslas Square in Prague). Where do the natives meet in Prague? One of these places is "under the tail". It means the tail of the horse, on which St.Wenceslaus is sitting.
There are usually a lot of people in front of the sculpture, but no one behind it. The left background of St. Adalbert and St. Agnes's right.

Beautiful panoramic view of the Prague neighborhood known as Zizkov, dominated by the Zizkov Tower. The tower is one of the most famous and distinctive pieces of modern architecture in the city of Prague.

The Bedřich Beneš Buchlovan Library in Uherské Hradiště. A former synagogue situated in the town's historical core. It is a monumental, single-hall structure which was built in 1875. Now it is the public library with universal collections and the center for the regional libraries of Uherskohradistsko. I really like it there.

View of a fountain with a statue found in the middle of the Liberty Square in the center of the Silesian city of Opava as seen and captured from the Bird Hill, a popular chill out area surrounded by many trees and greenery.

This photo was taken as I was leaving Dalešice Brewery. The sculpture refers to a scene in the movie Cutting It Short (Czech: Postřižiny), directed by Jiri Menzel, which was shot in this brewery. In this comical scene, the doctor comes to check on the most beautiful woman in town as she’s feeling sick. He ends up falling asleep in the warmth and comfort of her chest as he is listening to her heart and breathing.

I visited St. Barbara's Cathedral as part of the Express Tour "Kutna Hora - Kostnitsa - Sternberg".
The cathedral has a long history of construction. It began to build more than 600 years ago, then it was stopped to build, then rebuilt. Finally completed the temple only in 1905. St. Barbara's Cathedral struck me with its refinement and refinement. He is so beautiful that he can not leave indifferent. No wonder this cathedral is considered the fourth most beautiful cathedral in Europe, yielding this place only to Prague's Saint Vitus Cathedral.
