WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT
Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ritxi:
Ještěd is the most-known place in Liberec because you can see it from the whole city. On the top of the mountain, there is TV transmitter built-in in a technical architectural style. Inside the building, designed by architect Karel Hubáček, is a hotel and a restaurant, where you can rest and watch beautiful scenery of the landscape and Liberec city. Ahoj!

I rewarded @ritxi winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Prague Skyline at Sunset
Aerial View of Church of Our Lady before Tyn, Old Town and Prague Castle at Sunset. This view can be captured from Paris Hotel in Prague. We stayed in this hotel in April 2017 and for some additional fee got the admission to the tower with such great view.
Perfect image to be featured as the main entry for today´s contest.
Aerial view of Zizkov, one of Prague neighborhoods, as seen through trees from the Vitkov National Monument. Home to almost 60,000 people, Zizkov is dominated by the Zizkov Lookout Tower - one of the most famous (and most controversial) structures of the city.
View at the Charles Bridge from an Old Town Bridge Tower of Prague. The tower isn't as crowded as the bridge is and for a small fee you have a nice view, especially at night.
Another shot from the Chataeu Valtice. I know @derangedvisions will like it :). It still date back to the 1940's and still strong. Made from stainless steel and used for specialised and expensive wines.
After the visit to the winery, i realised why some wines are more expensive than the others even though they are all produced from grapes. The method, procedure, ingredients and instruments used all affect the price directly or indirectly.
Olomouc is one of the hidden gems in Czech Republic. The Upper Square is dominated by the Holy Trinity Column, a Baroque monument built between 1716 and 1754. It was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as
Yep, truly spectacular place. Well recommended for a day trip out of Prague - 2-hour train ride away.
In a shallow basin, the outlines of which coincide with the contours of the Czech Republic on the map of Europe, a pair of bronze sculptures of naked pissing men was erected. Figures do not just pour water, and write out with jets those words that any visitor can send by SMS to a special phone number. These sculptures often have a vivid satirical and political overtones. According to one version of the interpretation of the composition - this is the confrontation between Brno and Prague, on the other - the ambiguity of the benefit for the Czech Republic from joining the European Union is played out.
It looks like I'm first today!
I give you a photo of Kostel svatého Prokopa or Church of St. Procopius in the Žižkov neighborhood of Prague. Construction started on this church in 1898 on the site of the chapel of St. John of Nepomuk, who was killed when he was thrown from the Charles Bridge in 1393. There is a plaque on the bridge depicting his death. I always enjoy walking past this beautiful church.
Prague in winter is incredibly beautiful.
Even if you’re one of those who do mind the cold weather, fortunately there are still many things to do and enjoy. Winter might as well the best time of year to visit Prague.
This shot is from a museum of young Czech and Slovak artists called Artbanka. Yesterday, @mespanta shared a photo of big guns that are hanging outside the museum. Unfortunately, it seems that this museum is no longer open. Maybe some of you have visited it in the past, it was located just very near the Charles Bridge. If you like art, there are fortunately other art museums that you can visit.

This interesting building is in Prague's Strahov since 1997. It is a breath of Strahov tunnel ventilation. It's a world-famous building, but hardly anyone knows about it. If you've seen the Blade 2 movie since 2002, you know it.
Great Captured man.
