Hello everyone!
Christmas weekend is knocking on the door and I am sure you are not only excited but also super busy with all the preparations. It would be great if you find a little bit of spare time during this craziness and share your personal images from Prague and other places around the Czech Republic. I would like to ask you if you can add some valuable information to your image that gives some information so other Steemians get some facts about your place of interest. Some of you are doing great with that but some are lacking little bit. I am sure you can do a bit better:)... I will then upvote your posts later on.

When I walked around Old Town, I took a ton of pictures, basically anything that caught my attention. But now, before I post one, I do my best to identify and learn about the subject of each photo. This is Powder Tower, a name earned from being a storage facility for gun powder in the 17th Century. This tower was one of the original 13 gates of Old Town built in the 15th Century!

Thank you! And again, it's all thanks to geotagging on the iPhone camera. It tagged this as Municipal House which eventually led me to Powder Tower. Such a magnificent history!

In the foreground a bote (on the Vltava River, at Prague) which is a hotel ("botel") and a restaurant. In the background a baroque tower. I do not have more information about this tower.
I've got no idea what this building is called, but I liked its interesting architecture. It is close to the St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague.

Libeňský Zámek (Liben Chateau) - beautiful little Rococo cheateau located in Praha-Libeň. It currently serves as the seat of local municipal authority. Photo taken in August 2016 :)
