Group of Islands - BRITANIA

Hi everyone, I am about to take you to another journey. Journey to Britania Group of Islands in Philippines.

So, these photos were taken a year ago when my friends and I went to Surigao del Sur. We heard there's a lot of beautiful beaches in the area and we went to check it out and these are what we've found.

Last year, I had my on the job training at a mining corporation with these beautiful people...

...and basically, they take every group of trainees to a trip anywhere near the industry. So we decided to go to Britania. It is beautiful indeed.

We paid 1500 pesos for the boat and it can hold about 20 persons if I'm not mistaken. We were able to ask the owner to lower down the price to 1000 pesos because we know someone from work who lives there and he helped us ask the owner.

Two guys operated the boat. We brought foods with us. Also, if you plan to go there, bring extra food because they let you decide how long you'll stay on the islands and the sailors may not bring foods with them so you have to ask them to eat with you (Filipino culture).

These are my friends. Filipinas are known for being conservative so please don't wonder why we are are not wearing bikini :D

This is the "Naked Island". They call it naked island because it literally has nothing on it except few coconut trees.

Overall, it was such a nice experience to be here. It's a wonderful place to bring your family and friends. Next time you plan on having a vacation, add this place on your list :)
