Fez Medina
There are 9400 streets in the Fez Medina. It is easy to get lost. We went with a guide who helped us navigate the gauntlet of narrow alleys and hidden paths through the vast marketplaces of the ancient city. Merchants had shops selling everything from produce to handicrafts. Below is an iPhone photo of one of the produce stands. I will write in greater detail with more photos when I have more time and a better internet connection.
