Thanks @raj808 the diving there is highly recommended. If you can afford it try Apo Reef or Tubahata Reef which is supposed to one of the best. From Sydney its been cheap with Cebu Pacific - I used to pay about 2-3 times for a ticket with the other airlines prior to them starting flights here. Its a little cheaper to get to Bali but I prefer the Philippines because most of the population can understand and speak english cutting a lot of the language barriers.
