Long Hike at Mt. Daguldul | Life-changing and affordable!

in #travel7 years ago

Not only is hiking a great physical exercise, it is a great mental exercise too. As a city person, it's great to take a break from all the laptops, pollution, and stress; and just observe nature.

Back in my college days, I took a PE subject (Orienteering) that requires us to participate in two camping trips. Mt Daguldul was the second one.

After spending the night inside our tents, we spent the next morning on the beach!

Hi @cbcheng. Mt. Daguldol is an awesome place. I've been there once. I posted in my blog my climb on that mountain before. Check it out here. You should climb more often, too. Join a group. I really recommend it. And do attend a Basic Mountaineering Course and other related seminars and courses. It'll be very helpful. I hope I see you in the summit.

breakdown of your costs? seems interesting!

I loved Palawan! A bit touristy but it was amazing! That last photo reminded me of all of the spider boats docked in El Nido

Yes, I head for the mountains when I can.
