European Tour Day 14 - A word about cuisine
It's important when travelling to immerse oneself in every aspect of your location. When it comes to simply having dinner, it can make or break your day.
This is doubly important when it is time to choose dessert. It should entice and challenge you in equal measure. There should be craft on display - a honed, refined and evocative blend of skill in flavour and presentation. It should send you to places that emote and at the same time bring you immediately to your current situation through an explosion of taste and texture.
It's a chess game. I'm a sophisticated man. I won. I chose wisely...
