[POLISH EXPLORER] Polish Mountains - Bieszczady - Ustrzyki. INTO THE WILD!

The weather is awful today its raining since 2 AM...
it is Monday and i have little hangover thanks to my new roommate.

Mondays specially in first days of september are strange...
Everythink is going so fast, people running to work to not get late,
childrens to school and so on.

Thats why i thought it would be a good time to show You all the most quiet, and peaceful place i ever been in polish mountains. - Ustrzyki!

Like one of our Polish artist says:
"A beautiful town in the same mountains
Two streets, one building"

It is hard to not agree, the place is small - of course - it get expanded since the video was made, but there is somethink special in it...
I was there twice- on december 2015 (two days after christmas) and in the first day of spring 2016.

So, what is so special in this place? - the silence
You need to know that there are two places called "Ustrzyki": Ustrzyki Dolne (Ustrzyki Lower) and Ustrzyki Górne (Ustrzyki Higher)

Ustrzyki Dolne is a normal quiet mountain town:

One of the good thing there are the Ukraine people that re-sell there their alcohols that they brings from They country and they selling it VEARY CHEAP!
Aaaand that was the main reason that i've stayed there two days more that i've expected ... both times... -.-

see... the price of that bottle is approx. 10 PLN - 2.84 USD (!)
and to be honest it is really good :)

BUT! i am missing the point

The real fun starts when we are going higher...

and higher...

(Yes, the snow appears)

AND to the foothills of Połonina Caryńska

(Yes i know the quality sucks :(, thats from 2015 y.)

Oh, wait... You gonna ask what is that, this "Polonina" thing... ok for the definition i am gonna past here this from Wikipedia:

"Połonina - the name of the alpine and subalpine grasslands created above the upper forest border in the Eastern Carpathians, in Poland most often associated with the Bieszczady Mountains."

  in winter and early spring there are no tourist here thats why i am here not in the summer

And here we can see the real beauty of nature...

the higher You go the snow is stronger! once i have reached the Polonina, there were no trees (okay maybe a few) but firt it was like forest and now.... just take a look

It was really hard to take a picture here.. the for, the now... but i told myself
"I need to go to the higher point of this bitch"

and to be honest, last meters i was going on my knees using every limb of my body... ow yeach did i mention that i had absolutely no equipment to go on mountain walk :D? i had only a military shoes that i should put in garbage months ago ;p

but i made it :)

Ok anyway, on a road here You can also see many, and i mean MANY of churches the orthodox churches, but the little ones made of wood.

dunno if God is watching but next this church there was... fallen tree O.o

fortunately nothing get damaged :)

soo.... there is one more thing You can do here... after sightseeing You can just sit and try the KSU beer.
Yup this KSU that made a song about Ustrzyki :)
