I have seen a similar street performer here in Ottawa. He was covered in bluish silver from head to toe. He would stand perfectly still and then move when you weren't looking. Really neat to see how quick he was able to do this. No Holiday here in Canada for us today. We celebrate Labour day at the begining of September.
