Epic Typhoon (Hurricane) hits Hong Kong
Hong Kong was hit by an epic "Typhoon" (The asian version of a hurricane) today. The storm forced offices and schools to close in Hong Kong. Waves up to 10 meters crashed against the coast of Hong Kong. Minor flooding also occurred in localized areas.

I think the hurricane was from the Philippines. We experienced the same too.

Hong Kong raised its highest storm warning Wednesday as Severe Typhoon Hato brought the city to a standstill, shutting down the stock market and forcing the cancellation of hundreds of flights as heavy rain and winds pummelled the territory.

Wow, that is some wild weather! Of the three occasions I have visited Hong Kong luckily the weather was settled and very nice. I love the climate in Hong Kong :)
