Preparing your trio spa kit for holidays

So let be brief it quickly to make your own spa kit with natural ingredient is quite easy and it’s for all round people means for every types of skins whether sensitive pr dry or others....i call it the trio scrubs as it’s encloses all the facets spa therapy...so let me start the trio consist of first a sugar scrub to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, second a whipped body cream to soften dry skin and third a foot soak to relieve sore tired feet.

SUGAR SCRUB:
• 1 cup of sugar
• ¼ cup of coconut oil
• 5-8 drop of peppermint oil
• 2 drop of red food coloring
• Pint canning jar
• Heat safe bowl

Preparation:
Heat the coconut oil in the bowl until it melts
Then mix the oil coconut oil with sugar
Add the food colouring
Add essential oil

Finally pack the scrub in the canning jar and it’s ready. Simple as that

BODY CREAM:
• 3 ounces cocoa butter
• 4 ounce coconut oil
• 4 drops peppermint essential oil
• 2 drop red food coulouring

Preparation:
Melt cocoa butter and coconut oil together
Place the mixture into the frigde for 5 to 10 minutes until cool
Then use a mixer to whip the cream until fluffy
After add the food colouring and essential oil and mix
Finish by packing the mixture in a jar and there you are, your body cream is ready

FOOT SOAK:
• 1 cup of Epsom salt
• ½ cup of baking soda
• 2drops of red food colouring
• 5 drops of peppermint essential oil

Preparation:
Mix the Epsom salt and baking soda
Then add the coulouring and the essential oil
Mix well until evenly distributed
Pack the mixture and it’s done

So easy now your trio spa kit is ready for your holidays
