Had to take the highways bridge to cross the river but, after crossing the river, had to take the underpass bellow the bridge to cross the highway. It was at this point that I discovered this lovely waterfall of a fountain. And when I climbed back up, a lovely treat in the form of a fountain incorporated into a statue of a man holding a battered umbrella in the rain. Latvia is so full of hidden pleasant surprises...
