The people that I meet often ask me why am I in solo travel when majority of us wants to be with our friends, family and special someone while travelling. Reminder lang Di lahat ng nag sosolo travel may pinagdadaanan yung iba trip trip lang! 🙂
This is my 4 days and 3 nights Solo travel itinerary from Iloilo-Guimaras-Bacolod with 5000 pesos budget (Airfare not included)
DAY 1 Tour
Flight Cebu to Iloilo 5:40 departure time, 6:30 arrival time
from airport ride a van going to sm Iloilo Fare is PHP50 then Jeepney for PHP7
Stayed in Ong Bun Iloilo for PHP379.89 via traveloka single room with shared shower and bathroom , book a head of time because they are usually fully booked.
1st Day-Walk all around IloIlo and Tour to Guimaras which is 15-20 mins travel time from IloIlo via Boat for PHP15 ONE WAY PHP30 total back and fort.
I was able to meet two new friends that we had an agreement to share the tour for Guimaras. Tricycle Rental 1200 good for 4 to 5 persons, paid PHP400 divided by 3 persons for day tour in Guimaras. Dont forget to try Mango pizza in Guimaras!

DAY 2 Tour
Isla Gigantes Island Hopping
Van Picked up time 4:00AM from the hotel to Bangkal port fare is PHP200 from terminal and its PHP250 if you wanted to be pick up from your hotel.
2-3 hours travel time from Iloilo to Bangkal Port.
Booked a tour Package Gigantes Island Tour and services for 2 days and 1 night for PHP1699.
Gigantes Island Tours and Services
Island Hopping:
8:30am to 9:00am: Meet up at Bancal Port Carles
9:15am: Registration at Tourism office
9:30am: Adventure begins
ISLANDS TO VISIT:
10:45am: Pulupandan island- Swimming
11:30am: Cabugao Gamay---> the most photograph spot in Gigantes. Picture taking+swimming+a little bit of rock climbing.
12:30pm: Lunch will be served at the resort.
leave your bags in a secure area and continue the island hopping since rooms will be available at 4:00pm
1:30PM to Antonia Beach-Snorkeling and swimming plus picture taking.
----->activities: Banana boat ride ( 200 each minimum of 6 heads), Jetski (2000 every 30 minutes)
2:30PM: Puting Baybay Gamay- cliff diving for Beginner
3:30pm: Bantigue Sandbar (best to visit during sunset)
Day 3 Tour
7AM Coffee time
7:30AM breakfast
8:30am to 11am: Pawikan Cave----> spelunking activity
12NN lunch will be served
12:45PM---> Quick shower
1:30PM Boat leaves back to Bancal port
3:00PM End of tour

By aftenoon Ride a Van bound to Iloilo PHP 200
Stop in Balabag and ride a tricycle for PHP40 to Dumanggas Port, Dumanggas port FARE PHP100 ticket and terminal fee.
6:30 departure time from Dumanggas port 2 hours boat ride, Arrived in bacolod 8:30 PM, Ride a tricycle to Hotel for PHP10
Rest in Hotel Check Online there are plenty of hotels within Lacson ST. range price PHP300 TO PHP1000. Stayed in Java Pension House booked via Traveloka.
Day 4
City Tour Around Bacolod, you can simply ride Jeepney for PHP7.

There are still plenty of place to visit, the ruins,lakawon, campuestohan and mambukal. I was able to visit the place from before and was here in bacolod because my plane ride is in Bacolod bound to Cebu.
Travelling alone might be one of the scariest, most liberating, and life changing experience of your life so you must not just try it once but many times.
