You may not believe me, but there is a small mountain range near Tanga, in Tanzania, where tea used to grow and the butter avocados were so big that one could feed an entire family. It always amazed me to experience the cool mists, the ferns and rich green forests almost exactly on the equator.

As for text, why copy? If you need to use info you found elsewhere, use your own imagination and re-write so that it becomes unique to you. Unless you happen to be travelling in the area you are describing, it is necessary to borrow and learn from other, but usually travel agencies and government tourism ministries will be more than eager to have you promote their areas.
