Canberra is voted top three city to visit in 2018 by Lonely Planet. It's the capital of Australia and the biggest inland city in Australia. It's the seat of the government and the location was selected as a compromise between Sydney and Melbourne. The city is entirely planned, similarly to Washington DC in the USA. It's a very green city with large natural vegetation areas and a lot of different gardens.

Next to have the Parliament House, the city is also hosting most of the national social and cultural institutions. The city is currently just over 100 years old and has been thriving in that 100 years. It's a very secure, clean and hospitable capital city with many great attractions such as the Australian War Memorial, National Gallery of Australia, Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House and the Parliament House and many more. It also has the highest attendance at art galleries, concerts, theatre, dance, cinemas and musicals in Australia.
