Travel Bucket List Restaurant... Check ✔️ And Happy Early Birthday to Me!
One of my guiltiest (and expensive) pleasures is fine dining. I’ve treated myself to some of the most lavishing restaurants with some of the most amazing chefs around the world. I don’t do it often but when I do I go all out. Yesterday I treated myself to a birthday dinner at Atelier Amaro, one of Poland’s best restaurants and Michelin rated.

I was very intrigued by their concept from the beginning because it takes traditional polish cuisines and adds a contemporary twist to it. A must try if you have some splurging money and happen to be in Warsaw.
