Trekking is a most popular adventure activity in Nepal. From highest peak in the world to the deepest gorge in the world lies in Nepal. Where the imagination even cannot find with its impressive mountain range with its natural beauty and historic sites.
Best season for trekking in Nepal
There are 4 different season’s which has its own significant. It depends on your’s desire. How much high you want to go for the trekking? Dry and warm season is the best for higher altitude trekking. From march to May and September to mid December the temperature is pleasant and the sky remain clear. The ideal description of different four seasons which is as follows:
Spring (March to May)
This is also called the flowering period. Because in this season the flowers, as well as the dens rhododendron woodland seems to be attractive above 2500m. This season is much suitable for trekking in Nepal and expedition.
Summer (June to August)
This is the time of heavy rainfall in the country. Some area like mustang, dolpo and tibet tour is best for trekking.
Autumn (September to Novemeber)
This month are called autumn season. This is the most peak period in the country. It is the best time for trekking.
Winter (December to February)
This is a cold season and it will be very cold in the high mountain. The lower elevation treks in hilly region like Ghorepani trek or Poonhill trek, Annapurna or Eco lodge and Ghandruk is fine in this season.

Must know before Trekking in Nepal
There are few things which we must know before heading to Nepal for Trekking such as:
Altitude sickness: If you chosen trail reach above 3000 m, some symptom like headache, sleeplessness, Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and get like drunker gait, sometimes aggressiveness may appear. The perfect medication for high Altitude sickness is to descend immediately to lower altitude.
Accommodation: In most popular trekking region like Everest, Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Annapurna base camp trek etc. are tea houses, which is of the basic standard and not bad at all, the standard of accommodation is clean and good.
Food: Do not forget to carry your favorite snacks, like the chocolate bar, snicker and energy food. Because there may not have fix time to have a lunch. You need for long trek.
Water: Potable water from the village tape is not safe to consume until purification tablet is kept for 15 min. So, carry some sealed bottle of water with you all the time.
Preparation: Preparation before you plan trekking is a key. You should have good stamina to acclimatize according to the climate condition and environment.
Safety: Carry some important stuff like medic-kit and important stuff in personal bag and aware of pickpocket in crowded places.
