Here are some of places iv'e visited during my Euro trip #1 ( Poland - Germany - Czech Republic)

1.Poland

Krzywy Las in Poland

A distinctive forest, the only one in Poland, with its characteristic crooked trees

This is a remarkable monument of nature in an unusual location, found in the suburbs of Gryfino, a small town in the Zachodnio-Pomorskie province. Such an extraordinary forest cannot be found anywhere else in Poland or maybe even the world. In the vicinity of the Dolna Odra power plant, amongst upright trees, grows a “Crooked Wood”. In 22 rows, in an area covering 16 acres grow several hundred pine trees of a peculiar shape.

Palac Kultury in Warsaw

The Palace of Culture and Science was built between 1952 and 1955; it was a "gift of the Soviet people to the Polish nation", offered by Joseph Stalin himself. The architect was Lew Rudniew. The Palace is the highest building in Poland, standing at 237 m (which is 42 floors) with an area of 817,000 m2 and has over 3,000 rooms, including offices, institution headquarters, two private universities and the Polish Academy of Sciences. Moreover, the Palace has a post office, cinema, swimming pool, museums, libraries and theaters. The palace is one of the largest conference facilities in Warsaw, comfortably accommodating more than 4,500 participants at a time, at dozens of meetings and training conferences annually.

majestic Tatra mountains. It has a population of 30,000 inhabitants. The unusual location of the town, hidden between a gentle range of Gubałówka and the rocky Tatra summits was a decisive factor in its career as a tourism centre. As early as at the end of the 18th century Zakopane, a small and remote village located at the southern end of Poland,
The Tatras are Poland’s only alpine-type mountains, indeed forming the highest part of the huge transboundary arc that is SE Europe’s Carpathian chain. They cover just 785 km2, being only 57 km long in a straight line, and as little as 19 km wide. Yet they have a true mountain feel about them, rising to their highest elevation at 2654m Gerlach

Rynek old town in Wroclaw

Wrocław and it’s easy to see why. Though in some ways it’s a more manageable version of Kraków, with all the cultural attributes and entertainment of that popular destination, the capital of Lower Silesia also has an appealing character all its own.
the city has a unique architectural and cultural make-up, symbolised by its magnificent market square (Rynek). Wrocław’s location on the Odra River, with its 12 islands, 130 bridges and riverside parks, is idyllic, and the beautifully preserved Cathedral Island is a treat for lovers of Gothic architecture.

2.Germany

Neuschwanstein (or Schloss Neuschwanstein, as it is called in German) looks like it was plucked straight from your favorite fairy tale. But the story behind this over-the-top palace nestled in the Bavarian Alps is less idyllic.

Berlin seems to have become a great city again, and no one is more surprised than the Berliners themselves. To them it isn’t clear whether they live in a great political European capital, or a charming hippy town of pop-ups and clubs.
In Berlin, where appearance isn’t everything, where so much seems arbitrary, where the great waves of recent history have done so much damage, we should admire what has been achieved since 1989. In this time, Berlin has found something it didn’t expect: that it is not defined like other cities by its wealth or its industry or its commerce, but rather surprisingly by its own fascinating complexity and contradictions.

  1. Czech Republic

Prague, City of a Hundred Spires, a UNESCO monument and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Get to know it in person!
Romanesque chapels and cellars, Gothic cathedrals, Baroque palaces and gardens, worldly Art Nouveau buildings, and unique Cubist architecture make it a place with no parallel in the world. You don’t have to be an expert on individual artistic styles in order to appreciate the diversity of the city’s architecture.
