RE: How the Thais are killing their own tourist industry
You response has nothing to do with the content of my article, which you obviously haven't read have you.
And your graph comes from the Department of Tourism, Thailand who obviously manipulate their figures.
If you lived here you would know, like we all do, that hardly anybody has come through for the last two seasons. (Comparatively to previous years)
You should do your own research before posting thoroughly unreliable and emotional reactions.
Thailand is one of the most dangerous countries in the world for tourists to visit..

UK Foreign Office advises against travel to parts of
Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Burma (Myanmar), Cameroon, Colombia, Djibouti, Ecuador, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Haiti, India, Iran, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Madagascar, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Western Sahara
This is your opinion, I do live in Thailand for 25 years and I am well aware of the situation. UK foreign office is well known as US and EU to be the one who is manipulating the statistic especially when the country isn't politically correct. Anyway, it is your opinion, and I respect it even if I don't agree. Thank you for removing the tag.
Walking in London Streets at night is way more dangerous than going out at night with a bunch of banknotes in the hand in the streets of Bangkok. :)
My sister lives in the UK since 10 years. She was in London few weeks ago and didn’t really feel safe there. You can’t barely go out at night without feeling like someone is going to harm you for no reason. This kind of situation happens everywhere not only in Thailand. For someone who thinks Thailand is too dangerous, please feel free to move yourself somewhere else.
If you read the article you will find it isn't about Thailand being unsafe. That is something ricko66 assumed because he hasn't read it either - clearly... But that's fine. You all go ahead commenting on articles you haven't read. Everybody else in Steemit seems to....
