Rujak Kutablang : Original Culinary From Aceh

Indonesia have so much culture, each province in Indonesia have their own culture. So in this part I want to share to all steemian about one delicious food in Indonesia which name is Rujak. Rujak is a food that can categorize by snack, it usually contains fruit and vegetables like mango,cashew, cucumber, pineapple, papaya and banana cut by a pieces and mix in one and put some sweet peanut sauce in there. Usually people in Indonesia eat rujak to enjoy in the beach/scenery, if you go to Indonesia you can taste it because it is delicious.

In Bireuen, Aceh - Indonesia have their own Rujak which name is Rujak Kutablang, its originally from Bireuen regency of Aceh. Make Rujak Kutablang is different from Rujak generaly but the ingredients is same, we also not eat it but we can drink it. This rujak make by grate the ingredients and mix with flavouring, this snack taste are hot, sweet, acid, fresh and also healthy.

It more delicious than Indonesian Rujak, its recomended for you when you go to Bireuen to taste it.
