Tromso

Largest city in northern Norway, Tromsø is known for its beautiful 18th-century wooden houses and relaxed atmosphere. The city is particularly pretty in winter and during the Christmas season. It is cold, of course, but it is also the best time to observe the aurora borealis.
What to do in Tromsø:
Stroll through the beautiful birch forests
Visit the most beautiful museums in the city: the Tromsø University Museum, the War Museum, the Polar Museum
Climb aboard the Fjellheisen cable car to climb the Storsteinen mountain and enjoy the extraordinary panorama of the fjords
Trolltunga

The Trolltunga is an incredible rock located on the locality of Odda. It comes out of the mountains and overlooks the north side of Lake Ringedalsvatnet. Also known as the "troll tongue", this place is one of the most photographed in Norway!
Go on a hike from Skjeggedal and climb to the top of the mountains. The "walk" will take you between 10 and 12 hours and will take you to 1100 altitude!
Do not forget to bring good hiking shoes, clothes for the rain (you never know) and enough reserves to drink and eat! The hike is difficult and long.
Do not try hiking in winter! It's way too dangerous! Instead, prefer the period from mid June to September.
Bleik

Bleik is one of the best spots to observe the aurora borealis. Do not miss it!
Safaris: Go on a safari to see puffins or whales in their natural habitat. Bleik is known for hosting the biggest puffin colony in Norway!
Bleik Coastal Path: Follow the Bleik coastal path and take a walk along the hills, mountains and rocks that form the coast between Stave and Bleik, via Måtinden. The walk will take you between 5 and 6 hours and you will not regret it!
The Lofoten Islands

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful archipelago in the world! Although it is located in the Arctic Circle, the climate is surprisingly mild. The archipelago is bathed by waters of azure blue and populated with abundant marine life. In summer, the area is sunny 24 hours a day, allowing visitors to explore the area without interruption.
What to do in Lofoten Islands:
Learn everything you need to know about Vikings at the Loftr Viking Museum in Bøstad!
Visit Svolvær, the largest city in the archipelago, populated by 4,487 people and where the northern lights are simply fairy!
The midnight sun: in summer, the "night sky" is really wonderful! This is the case in many places in Norway, but if you want to see it illuminating a wide variety of landscapes, go to the Vesterålen Islands!
Aurora borealis: You never know when you will see them but the best time to have the chance to see them is between late September and late March between 18h and 1am.
Nusfjord (Lofoten Islands)

Nusfjord is an industrial, technical and cultural monument representing over two centuries of fishing and exporting fish. Discover its history through its preserved buildings and its unique atmosphere. You can also discover Ramberg, a beautiful village located in Nordland County.
What to do in Nusfjord:
This is the oldest and best preserved fishing village in Norway, prepare your fishing rod!
The hikes around Nusfjord are exceptional! You can follow many trails and pick up wild bays on the way.
The hotels in the area usually offer boats to discover the bay.
You can also practice diving and snorkelling!
