Test of Google Translate

I conducted a little test of the Google translation software at translate.google.com. Basically I followed the example of an old parlor game. I began with a sentence in English and then had the software translate it into nine other languages before translating it back into English. Here are the results.

ENGLISH
The little red headed girl rode her tricycle across the bridge over the rapids.

SPANISH
La pequeña niña pelirroja montó su triciclo por el puente sobre los rápidos.

MONGOLIAN
Бага улаан толгойтой охин галт тэрэгний дэргэдэх гүүрийг дагуулан гурван дугуйтаа унадаг.

GREEK
Ένα νεαρό κόκκινο κεφάλι παίρνει ένα τρίκυκλο με ένα τρένο δίπλα στο τρένο.

HMONG

SWEDISH
