Another Flashing Intersection

Yeah, so I was complaining yesterday about Laurel Canyon and Mulholland Drive being on red-four-way flash during rush hour at 7 in the morning traffic.

So, fortunately, today school's out. It’s the first day of summer so there’s no school and the traffic's really light but when I get to Mulholland Drive and Coldwater Canyon there’s another flashing four-way red light.

You know how uncommon is it to see major roads on flash during rush hour traffic? It's pretty uncommon, here. It doesn't happen all the time but once again light on a major intersection in a very claustrophobic area makes me a little suspicious. Just saying.
