An artwork doesn't need expensive materials
My final output. Drawn on just a cheap sketch pad. Colored using only cheap old-colored pencils, colored pens, marker and outlined/inked with cheap gel pens. Art materials I could only afford those times. I believe, creativity does not base on how expensive or cheap the materials you are using. It is on what techniques/style you've applied using only your limited-available resources. Your creativity comes from finding alternative ways and sources to make you happy with your output.
