Which trading is perfect for newbies in crypto trading world?

AS we know that Dump and pump ls very hard to understand in first! when newbies enter to crypto trading world! the main fear is to loss balance! the small dump in currency make him scare and they sell in panic! Mostly newbies loss a lot money in this pump and dump!
when myself enter to crypto world i did the same! 1 year before and bought some currency and made decide to keep it for long term! but i did nor follow and sell some currency in panic loss! and withdraw some money for some shitty scam hyips! which i lost the most!
So it proof the long term trading is good for unexpereince people!
i bought bitcoin when it was on 280$ and used them in hyip site which was my big mistake!
Then i move to poloniex in august 2016 and boughr some currency which i sold in month and used coin in hyipe
STR Bought on 250 now it reached to 3000
nxt Bought at 600 and it reach to 9000 and still moving up
steem bought at 7000 and now it on 80000 still moving up
and alot of other currencies! Which proved the long term is best for newbies!
