With whatever you do in your life, without failing you rarely find success. You can read about hundreds of famous people and how they failed multiple times before reaching fame. The secret recipe is how hard you will try and how hard you will fail.
Those principles are also applied to trading, I don't have so much experience to put on the table but at least at my case when I joined the trading club(a week ago?lol) I knew that I am burning money for sure until I learn.
At least I am hopping to be a fast learner ;p
