Cloakcoin (CLOAK), like Monero (XMR), is a coin which focuses on the users' privacy and keeping their transactions secure. Cloakcoin's CloakShield uses an end-to-end encryption method which delivers secure communications throughout the entire transaction. ENIGMA is a new "unique, advanced, private & secure transaction system" which was developed by the Cloakcoin team to bring total anonymity to all Cloakcoin transactions.

Cloakcoin also uses a POS (Proof Of Stake) system with a 1 minute blocktime, while Monero uses a less efficient POW (Proof Of Work) system with a 2 minute blocktime.
