Dax trading update week beginning 19th June

OK traders, my views on the coming week of 19th June:

Dax - price still wants to rise, I am looking for a move up to above 13,000 this week or next. I would look for a little pullback on Monday or Tuesday for the best entry, maybe down to the 12720-40 level; or deeper down to 12680-12700. You could put in a couple of orders at these levels with reasonable stops. I prefer to risk no more than 1% of capital on these types of entry.

Price will usually pop above the round number target level by 20 points or so, so after taking profits at around 13,000 or a little before, a short entry order around 13020-13050 area could be fruitful. I am assuming that you might want to depth charge in and try and get filled at a couple of levels in this area once the rally has completed.

There is an important Bradley turn date on June 21st. These are worth keeping an eye on, they are not foolproof but can be useful general guides.

My big picture expectation is for this Trump rally to end soon, it is looking quite exhausted. I expect a very sharp correction over 2-3 months of around 3,000 points to shake out all the bulls and make the mass retail investors bearish, after which the bull resumes. Or we get a violent counter-trend rally which is much the same thing in terms of trading opportunity.

Silver - looking to move higher over the medium term to $20, probably a lot higher if the bear returns to the big stock markets. At some point the manipulation will break down due to underlying lack of available physical metal and then silver will skyrocket. Silver is trying to find a bottom now around $16.5, but I would not be surprised if it dropped all the way down to $15.00, or just below. This would be consistent with the thesis that silver goes down and finds a bottom while the Dax goes up and finds a top, within the same general timeframe of the next week or so.

I will put some orders in to buy silver down at the $15 level just in case. After which we can rapidly add to the position as it goes flying upwards. Sounds like a plan!
