Setting up my GAMEcredits trade bot while I wait for STEEM to hit polo :) [10 hours live with results]

I have decided to go through with the setup of a new altcoin bot while I wait for the STEEM addition to poloniex. I went with a fresh coin so I could track/monitor all my progress with you steemers :)

I chose GAME credits because I work with a young man that is in school for game design, and just recently released his first mobile app. So I'm hoping I can get a fully automated system setup to make the whole crypto seen a little more interesting and less terrifying for him to get involved.

Tools that I'll be using throughout this process are:

• TradingView
  

I'v started with a basic concept using the BTC market to place my trades because a few of the alts I tried just weren't active enough.  BTC, more specifically, the BTCUSD3M market on okcoin has plenty of candles for me to create signals using. Logic wise, it's irrelevant here as I just want to place a ton of orders and make sure I'm on both sides of the GAME books.

As you can see, I'll be getting a lot of buy/sell signals on GAME. So let's set up some alerts and placing some orders :)

The syntax I'm using for the extension needs me to specify the exchange and market, solely because I'm using a BTC market to place GAME orders. The p= aspect is going to be my main source of tweaking here. Because my theory is to remain in the books, on both sides at all times, I will use this to maintain my personal spread. Starting right now by placing my buys 300 SATs below the top bid and sells 300 SATs above the top sell. I am also using a range for the order sizes buying/selling 0.5 - 2 coins each order. The random order size... Could be a bad idea, but I'm going to be in there a lot, so this could help keep me hidden (even though I'm sharing it all here). :P

So there it is, a quick trade bot setup on GAME. It has officially been running live for about 10 hours and it's already placed and filled 100's of orders. These are the results so far...


The current price of GAME is 0.00026201, so as you can see, I turned the bot on right at the top. This is a good to scenario to see if we can dig ourselves out of the red. :)

• The spread between my average buy price and sell price is 167 SATs, about half the spread I am looking for initially.
• My break even is lower than my average buy by about 250 SATs, this tells me the flips so far have been good.
• I am currently holding 38.752895 GAME at an average of 0.00031003, if sold right now would net a loss of about 0.002 BTC.
