That's what I want to share with you Traders tonight. There are many tools to support online trading that are extremely useful for you without having to spend a dime, let's take a look.

Charting platforms

One of the most important tools for a trader is the charting system. Depending on the components of the trading system you use, you can refer to the following platforms:
Tradingview: This is definitely one of the most popular charting tools in recent years, it covers almost any market like Forex, Futures, Stocks, etc. With Tradingview, you can create your own system, use many indicators and share with the Trader community;
Meta Trader 4: This is too familiar, every brother must know. What I like most about using Meta Trader 4 is that it has very low latency when switching from one chart to another, and has a wide range of built-in indicators. However, this software will probably not be very suitable for you to trade in the Scalping style, but if you follow the Swing or Position style, it is too good.
Stockcharts: This is the pioneer of stock charting system and offers many different charts such as Candlestick Patterns, Renko, Ichimoku, etc.
Traderwave: A new but very good platform, fast and easy to use. This tool focuses on the Asia-South China Sea markets.

Stock scanners – Stock scanners

With just a few clicks, you can find stocks by many different criteria: reaching multi-year highs, growing in the last 3 months, etc.
Finviz: This is a very powerful stock filter and has many criteria for you to choose from: earnings received, growth, net profit margin, etc; and many technical filter criteria like moving averages, indicators, candlestick patterns, etc.
Busystock: This system offers various filters according to fundamental analysis and technical analysis.
Zacks: This is a system that specializes in providing filters according to basic analytical criteria.
Backtest tools

Profitspi: A web-based system that helps you backtest stocks using various criteria such as moving averages, candlestick patterns and volume. A good thing about this system is that you don't need any programming knowledge, just click on it and backtest.
Paststat: This system is quite similar to Profitspi but with the added feature of discovering phased patterns of stocks.
QuantConnect: This system focuses on backtesting complex trading strategies, and along with that, you must have programming knowledge.
Heat maps

With heatmaps, you can quickly see the market's behavior. This tool is quite suitable for Day Trader or Swing Trader brothers.
Finviz: Provides heat maps for most regions of the world and supports weekly, monthly and yearly stock analysis.
StockTwits: This map focuses on US stocks.
Myfxbook: This tool will help you determine the price behavior in the current market, from the weakest to the most volatile currency pairs, and interestingly, you can analyze it on a 1-minute to monthly timeframe.
Forex news sources

FOMC, NFP, GDP, ... are the most influential news sources on the global Forex market, and the tools below can help you update the news as quickly as possible.
Forexfactory: Besides providing news, Forexfactory is also a large Trader community where you can learn strategies, tools, and share trading tips, etc. If you use Meta Trader 4, you can integrate the Forexfactory message board into the software here.
Forexlive: Provides up-to-the-minute Forex market updates and insights on stop orders around the world.
FXStreet: Considered the largest trading forum for indicators, price action, supply and demand zones, etc.
Position sizing calculators

You can use the following order volume calculation tools to manage risk effectively:
Myfxbook: for Forex Traders
Daniels Trading: for Futures Traders
Investment U: for stock and options traders

Trading Journals

Trading logs can provide you with insights on applicable tactics, overall effectiveness, and find areas for you to improve.
Myfxbook: A free online trading journal for Traders. The disadvantage of this site is that you cannot filter out trades according to your own criteria, and it is difficult to determine which system is effective based on trading history.
FxBlue: Has similar features to Myfxbook and especially has the feature of filtering trades by criteria, making it easy for you to determine which system is effective.
TradeBench: For stocks and ETF Traders, you can analyze trade performance and write reports using the filters provided by this site.
Hopefully with these trading support tools, you can trade effectively. Do you guys know any other tools, please comment and share below
