Emotional trading is the best (FYI this is sarcasm)
So I recently emotionally trade while the crypto market was crashing. Started panic selling as the crypto market was crashing.
Lost about half a bitcoin, which was most of my gains I made in alt trading during the month of decmeber :( NEVER emtional trade it is a recipe for disaster. Now I need to sit back and keep my cool.
If I would have hodl'ed I would have gained .39 bitcoin and recover most of my losses. :( I just need to sit back and chill, then I can start trading again. Bad to start trading with the mindset I need to make my money back. That my friend is the gamblers mindset, which is a losing mindset and strategy.
