Monero: New Ledger Wallet Support Ready!
According to code development chief Riccardo Spagni, the secret-focused AltCoin Monero (XMR) has officially begun receiving support from Ledger, the crypto money hardware manufacturer.

In an interview made during the April 9th episode of the Doug Polk Podcast (webcast), Spagni said the union had "already" begun.
"If you have a software kit, we've already switched to Ledger. I have seen some work done to solve a few small problems today and hopefully we will have official Ledger support with MONERO 0.12.1 update. "
On This announcement was made a week after the hard fork hamstring to protect its network from some ASIC mining types.
Spagni has previously promised that small independent miners will "do everything in their power" to play the role of pro-ASIC pros during this period, when the pro-ASIC side continues to serve alternative Monero fork on the market.

The XMR price does not seem to have gained a chained effect from this Ledger technology, maintaining its previous stable performance against the major stock markets, with a 0.5% increase of 166 dollars for April.
Meanwhile, Ledger experienced a temporary "outage" on April 10th, as a node update in its infrastructure supporting the Bitcoin Cash subset broke the compatibility.
On users' devices, it was compared with incorrect account balances in a period that lasted for an estimated 48 hours from April 9 to 11. Nevertheless, the explanation made by Ledger was "do not worry, your investment is in safe hands".
