Dear Steemians,
Today I'd like to tell you a story. This is a story with full of lies that was told to Turkish Community. First of all, let's get back to the beginning. One day, @steeminator3000 decided to talk about the circlejerk activities of Turkish curator @baharoba. After all, the "game of thrones" began on discord. As a result of these wars the small group started to manage the community. More precisely, anyone who might be a "competitor" to those curators was kicked from the community channel without having the right to speak. They are @monomyth, @oendertuerk and @steeminator3000. I would like to keep @steeminator3000 apart from this management group even though his role of administrator. Because as far as I can see, he has some other business with his network without money concerns. My personal opinion is that this user, who plays a big role In @Baharoba's case started to stay away from these people they were always cause serious problems. However, he refrains from intervening, because he is a starting point. According to my observations, he is respected in the community, but if he will continue to support this team then he is no different than the rest of them.
1. Delegation
I think everything started after that. A story was shared by @monomyth about the support request for the Turkish community. The request for this sp delegation was answered positively by @clayop and the delegation was filled via @blocktrades. This point is important. Because monomyth, who served as a curator, thought this delegation will be given to him. However, since clayop who is experienced in this community scam before, requested a list of active members from @monomyth. Of course, an inflated list was given by monomyth. The presence of passive users after the delegation is the greatest proof of this. As a result, the delegations were filled by the @blocktrades to this list members. This group was all shocked with the situation. But they told to community that's what they wanted. Then monomyth tried to control these delegations and use them for a list. The curators will always on the list and get %50 vote from each user. However, this situation was prevented by oendertuerk because of circle jerk like voting system. There is no problem with this. We'd like thank to oendertuerk for his behavior.
2. Plagiarism
It was found that the @monomyth and @oendertuerk from the management team on dealing with plagiarism. But it was hidden very easily. These two people in the curator position should be punished more severely. However, this situation has not been announced in the Turkish community. Some delegation was filled out. The incident was closed.

3. List and Voting System
It's easy to see that all things happening between friends. These are proofs of friendship relations of this group from the posts that they shared. They spoked with @donkeypong, and as a result he started to send 5 votes per day. However, these names have always been turned between the same circle of friends and people living in the same region. In this case, @monomyth did not hesitate to give his own name. Obviously, a person who takes on the role of curator should not give his / her name for everything. Or if he is going to give it, he should think twice about it. Then someone files a complaint about why always same users get votes. As a result, @donkeypong asked for different names, and eventually oendertuerk, monomyth and their few friends continued to stay on the list every day, adding a few more people to the list. 4. Sndbox Situation
When we look at the selected name for the @sndbox by @monomyth it's not too hard to see his friends names again. Of course @monomyth is included in this list as always. In addition, other names suggested to the @sndbox community are his friends. The curator's duty is a thing that requires responsibility. It is not simple. Taking everything into yourself and filling the pocket by using the name of this community is only hypocrisy. Obviously looking at the amount of earnings will be a very natural proof of this. They earn 50 while others stay at 1-2. I am wondering why others dont ask the reason of that. We are Turkish community that is managed by a team that think only about their friends and burn in the desire to keep all the power on their hands. A community with a selfish and hypocritical management team. All supports gave for the community, but mostly was used by curators and their friends.

Bugün sizlere bir hikaye anlatacağım. Daha doğrusu türk topluluğuna bir süredir anlatılan yalanlarla dolu bir hikayeyi anlatacağım. Öncelikle olayın başlangıcına dönerim. Baharoba isimli türk küratörün circle jerk yaptığının tespitinden ve bunun steeminator3000 tarafından tespitinden ve afişe edilmesinden sonra, Discord üzerinden bir taht savaşları başladı. Bu taht savaşlarının sonucu olarak bir arkadaş çevresinde bulunan kişiler yönetici sıfatıyla topluluğu yönetmeye başladılar.Daha doğrusu kendilerine rakip olabilecek herkese söz hakkı bile tanımadan kovdular ya da kovmaktan beter ettiler. Bunlar monomyth oendertuerk ve steeminator3000 . Her ne kadar yönetici sıfatında olsa da steeminator3000 kullanıcısını bu yönetim grubundan ayrı tutmak isterim. Çünkü gözlemlediğim kadarıyla steeminator3000 mevcut çevresi ile bir para kaygısı bulunmadan işlerini yapıyor. Benim şahsi görüşüm baharoba kullanıcısnın yaptıklarının ortaya çıkarılmasında büyük pay sahibi olan bu kullanıcının da bu insanların yaptıklarından dolayı uzaklaşmaya başladığıdır. Ancak çıkış noktası kendisi olduğundan müdahale etmekten kaçınmaktadır. Gözlemlerime göre kendisi topluluk içerisinde saygı duyulan birisi ancak anlattıklarıma ve anlatacaklarıma rağmen hala bu ekibi desteklemeye devam edecekse onunda bu kişilerden farkı yok demektir.
1. Delegasyon
Olay bu durumdan sonra başlıyor. Monomyth tarafından bir yazı paylaşıldı ve türk topluluğu için delegasyon arayışına gidildi. Bu delegasyona arayışına clayop tarafından olumlu cevap verildi ve clayop aracılığıyla blocktrades üzerinden delegasyon ayarlandı. Bu nokta önemli. Çünkü küratör olarak görev yapan monomyth bu delegasyonun kendisine verileceğini sanıyordu. Ancak clayop daha önce bu topluluktan ağzı yandığı için, çaktırmadan monomyth tan aktif üyelerin listesini istedi, ne kadar aktif olunduğunun incelenmesi adı altında. Tabi monomyth tarafından şişirme bir liste verildi ki, delegasyon sonrasında pasif durumda olan kullanıcılar bulunması bunun en büyük kanıtıdır. Ancak bu durum circle jerk olacağı gerekçesiyle oendertuerk tarafından engellendi ve tamamen doğal bir oylama politikasının benimsenmesi sağlandı. Bu konuda bir sıkıntı yok. Oendertuerk e bu davranışından dolayı ne kadar teşekkür etsek az.
2. Plagiarism
Yönetim ekibinde bulunan monomyth ve oendertuerk ün plagiarism yaptığı tespit edildi. Ama bu olayında üzeri çok kolay bir şekilde kapatıldı. Yönetici konumundaki bu 2 insanın cezasının daha ağır olması gerekirdi. Ancak bu durum türk topluluğu içerisinde çok duyurulmadı. Bir miktar delegasyon çekildi. Olay kapatıldı.

3. Liste ve Oylama düzeni
Olayların bir arkadaş çevresi arasında döndüğünü görmek çok kolay aslında. Arkadaşlık ilişkilerine ait kanıtları ki kendi paylaştıkları yazılardan kanıtlar bunlar, aşağıda paylaştım. Donkeypong ile görüşüldü ve bunun sonucunda günlük 5 kişiye oylama sözü alındı. Ama nedense bu verilen isimler hep aynı arkadaş çevresinin ve aynı bölgede yaşanan kişilerin arasında döndürüldü. Bu durumda monomyth sürekli kendi ismini vermeye çekinmedi. Açıkçası küratörlük görevini üstlenen birisi herşeyde kendi ismini vermemelidir. Ya da verecekse bile bunu 2 kere düşünmelidir. Daha sonra donkeypong a bir şikayet gitti. Aynı kişileri neden oyladığı soruldu. Bunun sonucunda donkeypong topluluğumuzun yöneticilerine dönerek farklı isimler istendi ve sonuçta yine monomyth ve oendertuerk ve birkaç arkadaş ekibi her gün listede kalmaya devam ederek, göstermelik birkaç kişi daha listeye eklenmiş oldu. Donkeypong tarafından yapılan oylamaları da delil olarak aşağıya koydum. Zaten topluluğun içerisindeki birisi rahatlıkla bunu tespit edebilir.

4. Sndbox olayı
Monomyth tarafından topluluğa tanıtılan sndbox için seçilen isimlere bakıldığında onunda yine bu arkadaş çevresi altında döndüğünü görmek çok zor değil. Tabi ki monomyth her zamanki gibi fix bu listenin içinde yer almaktadır. Ayrıca nedense topluluğa önerilen diğer isimlerde hep kendi akadaş çevresindendir. Dediğim gibi küratörlük görevi sorumluluk isteyen bir görevdir. Bu sorumluluk öyle basit değildir. Herşeyi kendine yontma ve bu topluluğun adını kullanarak cebini doldurma sadece iki yüzlülüktür. Açıkçası kazanç miktarlarına bakmak bile bunun çok doğal bir kanıtı olacaktır. Onlar 50 kazanırken diğerleri 1-2 de kalmaktadır. Bunun sebebini sorgulamayan arkadaşlara şaşıyorum açıkçası. @canakkale17, the early days of steemit can be challenging. It's not easy finding a voice and it takes a lot of time and effort to discover it. @monomyth (like all Steemians) have made some mistakes along the way. Our team believes in learning from mistakes and working hard to make sure others don't make the same. @monomyth has proven himself to be a valuable and enthusiastic member of the TR community. He has worked tremendously hard to translate resources, recruit new members and help new Steemians (of all communities) find their footing. We are lucky to have him as a member of our incubator, and support him 100%.

You raise good questions, and those do not only apply to the tr community, but to all sub-communities here on STEEM. I'm personally from France and keep a small look on the french community a bit how @steeminator3000 keeps in touch with the tr community even if we use english as our main blog language.
I believe we shouldn't do stuff like curation trails and ask whales for delegations, and that for a simple reason: power corrupts. And ultimately, it's impossible to know the motivations of people through internet. Pretending is easy. And this is especially for countries who have lower wages (such as Turkey), for which SteemIt can actually provide good money. Maybe that's the reason why there are such shenanigans in tr community but not in fr? However, I think French the top fr posts make less on average because no one has any delegation to boost the articles. But at least it's fair, and I believe this helps the general quality of the tag and we get less plagiarism than you do obviously.
About the 3) and 4). I believe you won't be able to do anything about that, ever. It's the same in real life. Things are easier when you have many friends who can help you.

Bu yapılan çok anlamsız bir hareket ve zarar verip kaos yaratmaktan başka bir amaç taşımıyor. Hiç bir çözüm önerisi de sunmuyorsun. Bu yaziyi okuduktan sonra error verdim :)) Kim hakli kim haksiz bilmem ama adi gecen insanlarin paylasimlarindan Steemit'i daha detayli ogrenmeye calisiyordum fakat o kadar fazla yeni terim varki hala yeterince ogrenememisim demekki ki error verdim. yani azizim neredeyse hiçbir suçlamanızın doğruluk payı yoktur ve bu saçma seylerle 26 kisiye dağıtılan desteğin çekilmesine dolayısıyla bütün türk topluluğunun kazancının azalmasına sebep oldunuz. sizin steemit türkiye topluluğuna büyük bir özür borcunuz vardır suanda. böyle bir post paylasarak tahmin edemeyeceğiniz kadar büyük bir vebalin altına girmis bulundunuz.
biz yine steemit türkiye topluluğuna bir yerlerden destek buluruz emeğiyle yazan herkes de yine kazanç sağlamaya devam eder. ama siz bu asılsız suçlamaların altından kalkamazsınız. gerçekten böylesine bir iftira atmak hatırı sayılır derecede bir ahlaksızlıktır. çok yazık.

the difference between baharobas time and our time is, that baharoba could only hold the community because of the delegated steem she had.
we have the community behind us because of our community work. we help the members. we dont give only votes and say yes, we are the kings like baharoba and yongjang done it in the past. we did in 6 weeks more for the community than she could do in her life time :D

I am not baharoba or her supporter. Everyone knows who you are. You are the one who should never talk here. All the necessary proofs are provided. I can prove more if necessary. You are trying to make profit from community. There's no need for much comment. I guess you'll also say it's a coincidence that your names pass in everything.
