Tour de Steem Update - Broken Phone, but still training

I wanted to write an update regarding Tour de Steem. It's been a little while since I made an update and the reason is I used to do all my videos in the gym, although the plan was to also do videos while I was out on the road. About a week ago I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. So I've been without a phone and Im not sure when I'll be able to get it fixed.

That said, I have continued to train. Yesterday I rode an hour and 30 minutes and lifted, and the day before I cycled and worked out as well.
