Have you tried Co-codamol, a pain reliever containing paracetamol and codeine.
It is sometimes prescribed when other pain relievers, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, do not relieve pain.
Low-dose co-codamol is available over the counter, but stronger codamol can only be obtained with a doctor's or pharmacist's prescription.
