Merge File/Video Segments into One (Showing the Latest Results)

I have now added the "Latest Merged Files" in Files/Videos Merger so that in case the browser crashes, you can still view the latest files (keep tracking of the files).

For video segments like [ts file], the tool will simply concatenate and for others it will invoke FFMPEG tool to do a video concatenation.
