Yes, it definitely is. But, they already have their Testnet released, the Wallet prototype on Testnet is already there, and the TomoApp is being used by hundreds of thousands already. Which gives it a lot of credibility and investors trust, not like a lot of projects out there with visions and no prototype. The team is great with excellent advisors, and a partnership with NEO.
