I have "Health patent" that can be worth 1b$ if sold to Big Players on the market but I want to raise tokens and not to sell my Company Do

You could post this as a "Steemgig" (use that tag). Usually, you describe the project and say how much you can pay.
In this case it could be create the token etc. For payment you could offer a percentage of the tokens to the developers.

Great, having a university back you up can be a huge asset to your project. Doesn't the prior existence of a similar patent devalue your own, or do you mean similar just in type and not content. You should keep us posted ;)

I have a question that is not exactly on topic. How did you determine the potential value of your patent?
Also, have you checked if your patent is internationally enforceable? Is there such a thing at all? ;)
Its made research under big university support and its in 5 Year presses, so we did compare to similar Patent that was sold.
