That would depend on how steem bounty works. We would be happy to coop with them in enabling this :)
I'm not 100% sure, their FAQ states that it's possible to add a bounty to any Steem post, but looking on the website, it seems like you have to write a post on steem-bounty.com via their own editor.

Practically speaking, I'd use it for something like this:
Give out X amount of Steem bounty for someone to compile a list of Steem articles on a certain topic. Since having such a list on a forum, where it's easy-to-find, would be far handier than someone posting it on any other Steem interface.
If they require it to be a top-level post on their interface then it will not be compatible. Wo could look into cooperation if they are willing to add TokenBB topics in that requirement. But best to ask them about what they think.
