Hi @kiwideb sure I had just asked Mr google for some tips 😉 and this is the recipe.
Put the 11 herbs and spices into a bowl and add half cup selfraising flour.
I lightly boiled the chicken pieces first then let it cool off, then each piece soaked in egg before coating in the dry mixture then deep fried.
Just havevto make sure chicken is cooked right through...😉👍
