"LETTING GO IS NOT A WEAKNESS"
TODAY I LEARNED
TODAY I LEARNED
Today, as I was scrolling on my facebook news feed, I saw this post from Jay Shetty that really caught my attention. It says there that, "Letting go is not a weakness", And I slightly disagree about that because letting go is not always a good move. As I watched the video, it started in a parable of a man holding a water bottle with the same content but held at different time. The video taught me that, whatever you are holding to will cause pain on you, not on it. Like for example, if you hold grudge and hatred towards your brethren and to other fellow men, it will disturb the inner you and will cause a lot if negativities on yourself.
The video I watched taught me that letting go is sometimes a good thing. Because holding on to something means hurting yourself also. Sometimes, we can't deny the fact that we are the ones who is ruining our self and not other people because of holding too much grudge, pride, and selfishness. We didn't even know how to lower down our self and be humble and learn to forgive and forget and have a heart that could accept whatever someone did to us. We focused more on the negative side and neglecting the better side of it. It's okay to forget and just move on about certain things. IT IS HARD! Yes, it really is, but if we think of being happy, or experience genuine happiness, then it's time to move out from that feeling and just feel free. Worry less! Forgive more!
It's time to move out from the isolation. If we are being isolated by a lot of worries, anxieties, struggles, and all the problems in life, it's time for us to let it go. Let it go! Sometimes it is the only way to escape from it.
So, if you are experiencing this kind of dillemmas! Try to let go sometimes and see for yourself!
Adios! Let go! Let God!
