titanium ico

I'm new to my ether wallet and meta mask, put in for the titanium ico yesterday and I had 20 hours for confirmation on the ico using ETH, not sure if I got my bars from the ico. On the Tbis website the the road map shows launch date around 2020? Will this hit the exchanges before this launch date? Any one help with this?
